The Med Thong from FirstSpear allows you to mount a grab-and-go IFAK or PSK pouch on fixed PALS grid in your vehicle, backpack, etc.  The Thong will accommodate a variety of pouch sizes from 5 in. x 7 in. x 3 in. to 5 in. x 9 in. x 3 in.
